    Curry powder

    Coconut milk

  • 1

    tbsp

    Sweet chili sauce

  • Boil zucchini chunks in salted water until they are soft but not watery.
  • Remove the water and squash the zucchinis.
  • Add coconut milk and spices. Add cilantro if you like it.
