Prawn And Spinach Pasta

Quick and tasty meal. Use any pasta you like, tagliatelle is a good choice.

    Frozen spinach

    Prawns or shrimps

    Feta cheese

    Cooking cream (oat, soya or normal)

    Honey

    Nutmeg powder

  • Salt and pepper

  • Defrost the spinach (or use fresh leaves) and the prawns.
  • Boil the pasta.
  • Fry the spinach for a few minutes. Add cream, honey and spices.
  • Cut the feta in small cubes. Heat with the sauce only for a couple of minutes to avoid melting.
  • Add prawns and mix the sauce with the pasta.
  • Tip: If you have time, marinate the prawns in advance with garlic, chili, honey and some soy sauce.
