Blueberry Pie

Traditional Finnish blueberry pie, best with freshly picked wild blueberries, but frozen or cultivated berries will do fine as well.

    Baking powder

    Sour cream

  • 1

  • 1

    Vanilla powder

  • Mix butter and sugar, add eggs and whip well.
  • Mix baking powder and flour and add the mixture in the dough.
  • Mix in another bowl one egg, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  • Spread the dough in a round recipient (diameter appr. 30cm).
  • Add blueberries on the dough and cover them (at least partly) with the cream mixture.
  • Bake in 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
